Fall Fashion Alert! Fall Flat for Flat Boots

Thank you God! For us city girls our prayers have been answered. For years we have been walking city streets and trying to hail cabs for our aching feet in 4 inch stiletto boots. Now flat boots are chic again. In fact, the flatter the better.
