Listen up Chicago! Yeah, we are talking to you! The Windy City's new tax increase in a word...blows! Between the 1% tax hike last month (to a stunning 10.25%) and the state of the economy, how's a girl supposed to afford some new fall designer clothes and accessories? We can't be expected to just wear last year's stuff can we?
