It's amazing the massive cahones Forever 21 has developed hiding behind the veil of God who is apparently on their side. Keep copying, keep getting sued. The same broken record keeps playing. Now apparel line Trovata has a bone to pick with Forever 21.

Trovata filed a trade dress infringement lawsuit against Forever 21 in Los Angeles federal court on October 9, 2007 (the documents were only recently obtained by WWD). Trovata alleges Forever 21 systematically copied its designs, fabric patterns, prints and label designs in at least six specific instances.

Forever 21 even counterfeited the label Trovata puts in its genuine garments...verbatim! The labels read, "If you want this thing to last, I would suggest to machine wash with similar colors cold, do not use chlorine bleach, tumble dry low. Iron if needed. I know you already know all this. – Sam (one of the company founders)."

Trovata joins a long list of companies who have filed complaints against Forever 21 for intellectual property violations. In case you forget, the list already includes Gwen Stefani's Harajuku Lovers, Diane von Furstenberg, Anna Sui, Carole Hochman Design Group, Anthropologie and Bebe.

Unbelievable! How do they keep getting away with this?
