I had heard rumblings that Vera Wang's exclusive Kohl's line, in a word...stunk. According to WWD, the line has also had a name change so hopefully the collection is being retooled as well. Would the Martha Stewart of the design world really lend her name to crap?

While initially slated to be launched next month as Very Vera by Vera Wang, the name has been changed to Simply Vera/Vera Wang. Then again, the original name is under pending trademark litigation. The licensing companies had asked the court to declare that the Very Vera and Simply Vera marks did not infringe on the "Vera" trademark owned by Atlanta-based The Vera Co. The unveiling of the exclusive Kohl's line is expected to take place on May 10 at the Altman Building in New York.
