Designer Cyndi Chan. Just In Time, Timeless Chic for Spring/Summer '07. Second City Style Fashion Blog

New York transplant (and my neighbor) designer Cyndi Chan has made a quick and lasting impression in Chicago since 2003 when she launched her company In Time LLC. Born and raised in Hong Kong, Cyndi always felt she was destined for a career in fashion. For 6 years she worked for various major labels in NYC before she decided to relocate to Chicago and strike out on her own.

In Time LLC is comprised of three distinct lines. Ori'en, her signature line of stylish ready-to-wear women’s and men’s clothing; Cyndi Chan Couture, one-of-a-kind evening and bridal gowns; and Zen Tee, casual t-shirts inspired by pop and cultural icons.

Cyndi's spring/summer '07 collection is named 'Timeless Chic' and in her words, "2007 is all about trend and lifestyle and a woman's ability to create a collection that speaks innovation and luxury." Comprised of totally wearable tops (I own 2), dresses (I own 1), high-wasted skirts and her signature trench (cropped and in silver for the season)...there is something for everyone.

All of her collections are manufactured by seamstresses in Chicago and are available at Second City Store.
