Just as with layering, proportion is key to mastering this look successfully. Try to stick with a flowing or a-line dress that ends 3- 4 inches above the knee. Your jeans should be super-skinny and the jacket cropped. As for accessories, opt for a multi-chain necklace to draw attention up to your face and not to the middle of your body (which one should be careful of with this style). Shoes? Either wear ballet flats or boots (rocking ankle or knee-high). Try a medium or small handbag with some detailing...or maybe even metallic. Now go rock it girl.
